The included VeSync app includes 30 original recipes designed specifically for Cosori air fryers. The 2L Cosori is light, compact, and incredibly efficient. Final Thoughts On Cosori Air Fryers The basket and cooking area is small but plenty big enough for 2 people. There is a bigger 5.5l model for larger families. I have been using Frylight instead of oil for things that need it, such as homemade chips and mini roast potatoes and found I don’t need to coat as much as I would in my oven.I left it to run for the first part of the 25-minute preset function and then removed the basket. The pork steaks were cooked perfectly as were the potatoes. This was good to see as I turned the steaks over; I managed to lose some potatoes underneath. It didn’t affect how they cooked at all. Every time you touch a button the COSORI Air Fryer beeps, but the panel is responsive and it's easy to start, pause, and pre-heat. The controls are responsive and show the remaining time when you start the cooking process.
Not only is it larger in capacity, but I also prefer the basket design. The Cosori 5.5L has a basket that can be released from the drawer rather than fixed. Although it has proved sturdy to date, it doesn’t feel as durable as the Dual Blaze, which is an all-in-one basket (although you can still remove the plate inserts). Powered by 900W and has a temperature range of 75°–205°C, this air fryer can cook a range of air fryer recipes. After the demise of my beloved halogen oven, the Cosori Air Fryer looked like a worthy replacement. But would it live up to the hype? I have heard many a good thing about air fryers in general, my mum and one of my sisters have them so it made sense that I would want to try too! The Cosori Air Fryer All in all, the COSORI Air Fryer 4.7L is a valuable addition to any kitchen. It offers a blend of efficiency, simplicity, and cooking options.
