We are looking to expand our team by adding an Admin Assistant to the Buying team. Working closely with the head office team and our store managers, this ro:le will be an integral part of the business ensuring all administrative tasks are performed to a high standard. Work with the store team to maintain store standards: The working day does not end until the store is in a presentable condition for the next day’s trading, the tills are cashed up and all end of day procedures are complete You may need to deal with any staff grievances that arise and escalate these to The Head of Operations or HR if appropriate Every pet has unique needs and desires, from spirited kittens and curious pups to the serene company of mature companions.
